Executive-Level Status Reports Used with Steering Committee
A steering committee comprised of executives from a supplier and their customer met monthly to review status of a critical project to outsource the customer's data center to the supplier. Both groups needed a no-nonsense report that would enable them to make important adjustments to the project in real time.
ProjectLead designed the status report's layout and level of detail.
ProjectLead regularly pulled update information from all project areas to complete a status report on the entire project.
ProjectLead presented status reports at a monthly executive steering committee meeting.
