Lab Identifies Risks Early in Project Plan

A test lab within a manufacturing company was preparing to obtain management approval for purchasing a new software package in the lab. One key element of this preparation was identifying risks associated with the project along with a mitigation plan for those risks.
ProjectLead established a framework for identifying possible project risks.
