Chemical Company Follows Road Map to Reengineer Sales and Marketing


A chemical company launched a multi-year reengineering initiative to change its sales and marketing processes. A conceptual road map diagrammed the overall approach and helped the organization understand the major steps to be taken to execute their strategy.
